R cafe offers Hawaiian cuisine made from locally sourced ingredients at our top location with a wide sandy beach and Lake Biwa right in front of your eyes. Guests may dine with their pets inside the restaurant or on the terrace. We also have a stage and regularly hold hula shows and live performances.

We sell “Genji Monogatari Toraysee,” which are printed with Murasaki Shikibu’s portraits that are owned by Ishiyamadera Temple, the birthplace of “The Tale of Genji.”

Restaurant Fugetsu is located in front of Niomon Gate, which is renowned due to the Evening Bell at Miidera from the Eight Views of Omi. Come have your fill of our handmade Buddhist cuisine, banquet meals, dim sum dishes, and bento lunchboxes within a tranquil Japanese-style building.
