Michi no Eki – Imoko no Sato opened in August 2015. At our restaurant, we serve dishes such as steak, sukiyaki, curry, and meat spaghetti using top-quality A4 and A5 grade Omi beef, which we source by purchasing whole cattle. The facility also includes a specialty product store, tourist information and rest center, and a convenience store, so please feel free to stop by.

Northern

For over 40 years since our founding, we’ve based our business off of providing our customers with a top-quality taste of Omi. Our funazushi (fermented sushi) is especially highly rated.

Southern

At Kyokaiseki Shingetsu, you can enjoy delicate and colorful Kyoto cuisine and sincere hospitality for a luxurious experience. Special events such as banquets, meetings, business entertainment, class reunions, and engagement parties can also be held here. We are open for lunch as well.

Here at Kurashi Gallery Sansai you will come across handmade novelty items from all over the country that are being displayed at galleries in both Shiga and Sakamoto, as well as in department stores nationwide. We hope that you are able to sense the craftsmanship within our products.

We utilize carp, crucian carp, sweetfish, and other lake fish per demand for our banquet style dishes in our restaurant located in a nationally registered tangible cultural property. Reservations are required and are limited to two groups a day for the afternoon and evening.
