Matsukiya
Matsukiya is the well-established restaurant who popularized the name of Omi beef during the early Meiji period. In addition to its signature, mature, “Omi Matsukiya Omi Beef,” Matsukiya also works towards the further cultivation of red meat beef, and continuing to strive to provide new flavors of one of the best wagyu beefs in Japan, Omi Beef.
