Utilizing “Kashiwa no Kawanaka’s” locally raised chicken as our cuisine’s main component, our restaurant has a heavy emphasis on the usage of Shiga based ingredients, with the fish we serve being directly caught from the symbol of Shiga prefecture itself, Lake Biwa.
Our restaurant is not limited to just traditional style cuisine, but also offers a special themed menu which allows our guests to experience Shiga prefecture through food.
Additionally, we offer Shiga prefecture produced sake and wine that we recommend pairing with our cuisine designed specifically to complement its flavor.
