Kimuchi no Okuju
Kimuchi no Okuji employs authentic Korean cooking as a base alongside a blend of flavors suited to the taste of our Japanese customers. Our secret recipe uses 16 types of spices in our tare dipping sauce that has kimchi painstakingly piled underneath. Please come and stop by if you are visiting Ukimido (Mangetsu-ji Temple).
