Nangou Fisheries Center

This “Fish Theme Park” was opened in 1966.
This is a “paradise of fish” with attractions like a koi fishing pond, where visitors can enjoy feeding fish and festival games to catch goldfish with a paper paddle year-round. You can catch sweetfish with their hands from spring to autumn and fish for trout from autumn to spring. You can even charcoal grill and eat your own catch. We’ve even heard from some visitors with children that don’t like fish that their children enjoyed eating the fish at the center! Give sticks of fish food at the viewing pond to large fish who will gulp them down, or toss powdered fish food to carp who will come splashing up to catch it. Our Kids’ Fishing Area is popular not only with children, but also with adults. Single visitors, as well as those that visit with families or friends, will find a day of fun.
