Mio Shrine
Mio Shrine is located along the Lake Biwa Canal near the entry point of Mount Nagara.
Its main building is said to have been restored in 1426 by Shogun Ashikaga, and was moved to its current location in 1876.
The shrine is known for its unusual emblem depicting a rabbit.
