Funai

Funai is one of the oldest establishments in Shiga prefecture. Since 1855, Funai has been serving funazushi (old-style fermented crucian carp sushi), having preserved it’s classic flavor for over 150 years. Please come and give the famous dish of the important water transport area and former capital of Japan, Otsu, a try.
