Otsu Port

Otsu Port flourished at the center of distribution for goods across Lake Biwa.
During the 17th century, over 1,000 wooden transport ships sailed across its waters, and the lake was busy with goods from across the country.
Nowadays Otsu Port is the bustling gateway of tourism on Lake Biwa.
